India gets a new realty magazine - CW Property Today

This is the ninth title from ASAPP Media, covering real-estate, with information on countrywide projects.

ASAPP Media has launched the Indian version of CW Property Today Dubai in the country. This is the ninth infrastructure-related title by the group.
CW Property Today, a monthly B2B magazine, which was published only in the Middle-East until now, was officially launched in India on February 27. The Indian edition of the magazine has had an initial print run of 15,000 copies. According to the company, the magazine has a print run of 10,000 copies in Dubai.
ASAPP Media also publishes Indian Cement Review, Property Today, Power Today, Equipment India, Project Reporter, Infrastructure Today, Constructional World India and Gulf, and Constructional World Interiors.
Pratap Vijay Padode, editor-in-chief, CW Property Today, says that the group aims to make this magazine India's premier business intelligence magazine for realty decision makers. "Our research has shown that there exists a vacuum for a well-defined B2B magazine, exclusively catering to the industry. There is a need for a forum that can help make the industry achieve its goal of being more organised, more productive, and financially more stable," says Padode.
The content mix of the magazine will include national and international news related to property, ratings and valuations, and interviews with industry experts. Apart from this the group will focus on construction and infrastructure-related seminars, exhibitions and conferences.
The magazine plans to have 80 pages in total on an average, with 80 per cent of it, dedicated to content.
The full-page ad rate in CW Property Today is Rs 75,000. The magazine, which has a cover price of Rs 100, is available on select newsstands.
"Though the real-estate sector is the second largest advertiser in the print space, newspapers pick up the majority of the advertising revenue, with very little left for the magazines. We aim to bring about substantial change in this pattern," says Padode.
For the record, ASAPP Media is a Mumbai-based 14-year-old B2B media organisation, with a presence in the print, web and events space. The group provides a wide-range of information experience through special interest business publications, conferences, seminars, industry awards, industry portals, directory services, research reports, and newsletters.
